To add your adverts to our FREE Ad Board, couldn’t be simpler, if you are experiencing difficulty in doing so please ensure you follow the steps below which will ensure this process is as painless as possible for you
1- Go to ad board – Select “Ad Board Entry” – “Ad board Type” “demand, information or offer” then:
2- Select which category of ad you wish to place, [category] drop down category list and hit which ever you wish to place, having done this a green circle will appear in the corresponding box next to the category, this done shut that part down.
3 - Fill in the form with your items details your details etc, put an image or two in it always helps, [to place images into anything on this website, simply use browse box upload, and copy and paste the $image$ text in blue to where you wish it to show in your ad.
4- having done this simply put yourself as author how long you wish it to run for and post "simples", Note red starred items on form are required or it will not process.
5 - Note however that it will not post immediately as I have to verify all ads, photos, links etc before they go live to ensure everyone’s safety and to ensure we do not gain inappropriate posts
6 – Have fun, post away freely, ensuring always to make sure your full, name and either your mobile or landline phone numbers are with-in the ad text along with either preferably your postcode or town area.
7 – We are only able to accept items relevant to ownership or use of your T4 or T5 Transporter parts, accessories, camping gear and a few other choice items, any items for more than one of the same item should be directed to t4club@live.co.ukfor verifying prior to being accepted, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MULTIPLE ADS OF ANY TYPE
8– Some extras with-in our community require verifying by our admin team and may not show immediately you post them, please be patient, if they are not live with- in 24hrs please do let us know at t4clu@live.co.ukwhere a member of our admin team will investigate and rectify the issue for you.

To upload any photography with-in either our Ad Board, Galleries or with-in a Blog or Forum Post, is really quite simple if you follow the steps below:

Below the text box, click browse, pic the photo you want to upload, click on where it says image, and copy and paste the $IMAGE$ placing it in the forum post where you want the reader to see the image, if you want to upload more click the + and repeat the process To upload any photography with-in either our Ad Board, Galleries or with-in a Blog or Forum Post, is really quite simple if you follow the steps below:
1 – To insert your chosen image into any Post, Thread Blog, Gallery etc that we operate with-in our community, at the foot of every attached page i.e. lets use the forum post page, you will see a box, to the right hand side of which there is a “browse” button, click on this button, which will bring you up a list of your files, from there choose your pictures files and choose your chosen picture you wish to use in your Post, Thread, Blog or Gallery, double click on this picture which will automatically upload it to the post.
2 – However to get it into or onto the Post, Thread, Blog or Gallery you need to copy and paste hold right hand mouse button down and drag over the text $IMAGE$ AND SELECT COPY.
3 – Then simply take your mouse and point your cursor where you wish the image to show with-in your Post, Thread, Blog or Gallery, by then clicking on “paste” it will copy the $image$ and it will when posted live show your chosen image in that location.
4 – In order to ensure our system rums smoothly and efficiently, all images and such are limited to 400x500 in size as a good happy medium.

We allow any registered member to add advertising for their companies in any or indeed all of the following ways.
All we ask is that you use a bit of common sense in doing so, so as not to make our community a free for all ads board only.
If you wish to advertise freely on a VW Transporter only seach resource please do so at the following location [www.vsearch.webs.com] or via any of the V-Search banners dotted throughout this website, V-Search is also operated by T4 -T5 Club and in due course will build into a valuable Transporter research resource
1 - With-in your personal profile we will accept only your www address as your signature no other refererences to any business, knowhere else with-in your profile please.
2 - We will accept a link in our "Links" section to that of your website for your business in exchange for a link back to our community here at www.t4club.co.uk or www.t5club.co.uk which ever is more relevant, to your core business activities, by supplying a reciprical link back you are aiding us to build our backlinks whist at the same time building your own [all important in terms of search engine rankings]
3 - Any T4 or T5 Transporter related business may advertise their goods on our Ad Board feature as long as that advert is for only one of, and that item is used, [if your a manufacturer of goods please see below *], we accept submissions from van dealers, motorhome dealers etc so long as one at a time, and of course from any private individual for any of our sections with-in our Ad Board.
3A - Businesses requiring to advertise more than one item at a time or indeed new items whatever they may be, should in the first instance send to us a sample advert images to be used etc for our verification, where upon you will be adviced what to do next.
In all cases please refer to point 2 above and note that all reciprical links are checked weekly manually for compliance.

From our assembled advertisers at the end of each month at random, the members will generally choose a core advertiser to give our monthly Business Spotlight feature to where by that business will get a full page, in our website for an entire month in which to advertise their products or services to our members and guests [taking this month March 09 12k hits], making this a very valuable FREEBIE let alone the fact that after the month is up your page will go into our archived features for all to view at leisure.
