Hi all I have some brand new tyres for sale
They came with my alloys and i thought they would be ok but sadly not, they will rub if i go over a speed bump..

they have done about 40 miles...size and make are

235/55/17 103 load rating. V speed rating
made by Nankang

yes its lowered about 45-50 mm
225-50-17 on now..much more clearance..

im thinking about those 235s but they will put the speedo out sad

I went for ones that kept the speedo right and i prefer the look of less tyre, but 19's have far too little tyre so 17's with 50's still look ok and the load rating of 98 is ample as my bus is empty all the time..

they will put the speedo out by about 1mph at 30 and 2 at 60mph according to the tyre size calculator..

its upto you thought i would put them on her first and then on ebay.. biggrin

but 22/55/17 are spot on all the way tongue & supplied by VW on there alloys tongue
