nope but i would suggest trying one of those registration sites, they will give you a valuation & a price to sell it for you.

for example my ol senny plate K7 LBL was worth £500 10 year ago

ps this post probably would have been better off been posted in the for sale or whats its worth section so will get moved shortly.

Ditto try asking the proffesionals for a guide price however with many similar plates selling for £300 i shouldnt think that much buddy DVLA have effectively ruined such sales nowadays ....

Ps i have moved it biggrin

For Sale Registration number A19 VWT, open to sensible offers.
I paid £250-00 from DVLC in 1998 when I bought my VW Van.
I am now thinking of selling the van, so wish to sell the registration.
A1.9 Volkswagon Transporter.

Would sell for £200 plus DVLA cost which I beleive is £80, is there anyone who might be interested. There is only one registration A 1.9 VW TRANSPORTER. I await your rush in offers.

Regards Daveo

[I have tried registration websites they quote between £200 and £500 but they are plus there take and VAT]

Sadly DVLA have killed most P/P sales now with making them so cleap EVERYONE almost has one now i mean i own 2 biggrin all be it not expensive ones but 2 all teh same one Irish Plate that was on my Autosleeper when i got it and the second was for my last Motorhome and reads T4 0 DCM [my initials] which will be going on the Smart shortly ....

All we can do is try for you buddy had i of seen it when i owned my 1.9 i might of had some interest however i own a 2.0l now so not much good for me is it? Sir Chas has a 1.9 but its on an Irish plate he is kind of partial to i beleive and i dont know of anyone else im afraid ... might want to try all theTurbo 1.9? maybe .... VW forums as equally it would do for a 1.9

U won the lottery and not told me CHA 5 would be worth in excess of 10k + biggrin you could probs get CHA55NEY reading [Sir] Chassney almost biggrin biggrin and a darn site cheaper .... only probs is it would need to be on a 55 plate + so a T5? [maybe not then] .... Strangely i like my irish plate on my m/home as it's NOT pretentious as it goes .... no statement, no flashing the cash and no the big i am just hiding it's age a bit like me see im not really DCP 47 MCP oh no more like 21 DCM surprised biggrin [just had a hard life for a 21 yr old tis all]
