As our Rob recently found out to his peril removing the oil filters on both our T4's and 5's can often be an ardious task thus this remover has been designed to assist for £7.00 it really should be in all home mecahnics toolboxes

Hello. Will this oil filter removal tool work on both a 1997 1.9 diesel and a 2003 2.5 TDI engine please?. Thanks.

Yip as far as i know the describtion im sure says all t4's and T5's click the link and read what it sayd buddy im sure it does though

its to small for the 2.5 Tdi fuel filter is 130mm in diameter

I have a universal oil filter remover kit, it's an old flat screwdriver and a hammer, never fails. Available on most crofts in the highlands....

Ok correction it will fit VW, Audi, Skoda. and Seat TDI engines pre 2000 and the pd diesel 2000 onwards which pretty much covers all models and Jedis models for sure .......

note: the smaller 2.0 pd engines are available on may late vw's now but only in 2010 have they released a 2.0 in the T5.
