Be advised do not trade with this company you will get a nice looking newly painted Turbo that has the same faults you sent it with, then on removing the turbo for a second time at your cost. He will blame your mechanic for the fault with the reconditioned turbo. So you will be the only one out of pocket. He will not accept any liabilty for the faults withe the Reconditioned Turbo
