Notice to All members due to our ever increasing outside meets away from the rules and etiquete of the forum and community boards and with our second Griezdale meet just around the corner now, which looks as if there is to be a far better turnout that we have thus far been used ...... Thus to safegaurd both the members and Staff along with providing a guide to how it is expected that any member of our community should behave as ammbassadors of our growing community ....

A few points to note which will be duly added to our current website rules .....

T4 - T5 Club UK duly recognises that it is now growing into a veritable community website and forum as such it has been come nessesary to ammend our rules and regs to include some for our external to this community website and forum all of which stand as was, with the following being added as of todays date [Tuesday 7th Septemnber 2010 at 6.30pm]

Hither to please take notice that with immediate effect the following ammendments will stand...

All attendees of any meet are guests of "T4 – T5 Club UK" and are therefore expected to behave accordingly, our reputation is at stake everywhere we meet, we are a family orientated community. we expect our members to take note of the undernoted and for these ammendments to be obeyed in our own organised meets, where we are meeting with-in another organised meet, we shall obey the following plus any other restrictions placed by the organisers of said event...

1 - Noise – We expect all attendees to keep all noise to an absolute minimum at all times! remembering on most occasions we are sharing sites with others, who do not want to hear a rowdy community meet, with particular attention paid to the following - No music after 10pm - No shouting, Swearing or other abusive, noisy behavior at any time. [unless superseeded by actual physical site rules/conditions] No generators or vehicle movements as these are generally frowned upon unless absolutely nessesary [abd never after 8pm] No engine noise from said vehicles, so please only either move, or drive your vehicle when absolutely nessesary.

2 - Alchohol/Drugs – Alchohol is of course permitted but only in moderation NO DRUNK members tolerated, and absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUGS [any members found to be high or drunk and incapable will be asked to leave as soon as humanely possible and not invited back]

3 - Fires - BBQ's - Generally fires will NOT be permitted on campsites nowadays, if they are we will have a central bonfire raging, BBQ’s which are raised off the ground are usually permitted but MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED , anyone found to be not complying with our host sites rules will be asked to leave, if in doubt ask one of our Admin who will be on site at all times … No fireworks at any time ....

4 - Games will only be allowed in structured groups, in appropriate places with-in the site/venue led by an admin, we will always try to accommodate any particular sport if it's possible to do so, a growing array of silly toys are currently being collated for this use…

5 - General behaviour - We expect all of our members to behave in a civilised manner at all times whilst being as courteous to staff of both our community, our hosts site or venue as is possible, if you have or envisage an issue fiond one of our staff who will take it up on your behalf, all relevant rules will be hounoured, we will NOT accept any fighting, bullying, threatening or damage to anyones property or person in any such cases the Police will be called to mediate and take appropriate action.

6 - Trading On Site - Please note that sites are not for sale areas, we do not encourage such behavior

8 - All vehicles attedning MUST BE LEGAL insured, taxed and safe, if your vehicle causes any issue, T4 -T5 Club UK will do all to practically assit but it will be entirely down to your insurance to sort out any damage remuneration.

7 - Dogs are taken to events at the owners own risk, its wise to always check with the owners of our meets locations if dogs are allowed as several now are stopping dogs full-stop, in all practical ways you must always keep your dog/s under control and on a lead, it goes without saying that you must clean up after your animal correctly, and mainatin its health, wellbeing whilst with us, whilst observing and keeping to any/all campsite specific "doggy" restrictions.

9 - In relation to organising an event likes of when we jointly attending shows, NOTE we all do so as individuals, albeit under a group identity T4 - T5 Club UK, the forum per se will NOT carry the can so to speak, it is very much every man for himself, everman books for himself and attends himself, therefore is responsible for his/her actions and all those in their parties [where we open it to family/friends] Children are welcome but, must not be left unattended [please check with site owners if children are allowed before travelling]
