i was looking through the forum and have noticed some areas are locked say i dont have permission
i was looking at the news section and was going to add some concept car pics but cant post replies

It's to stop threads going off topic and important info being lost under a mound of irrelevant posts as long threads historically have a habit of going way off topic as Rob says send anything you are unable to post to Rob preferably as I'm only on really occasionally now with limited ability on my IPad at least until my office/house are rebuilt but we always welcome information, news and useful data
