there is a tread on it some where, just click on the browse box, pick your image that you want double click, then copy and paste the image, hit the + box if you want to up load more, hope this helps

2 whole pages devoted to this very subject how to post them step by step, how to resize images step by step, without doing it for you guys i really can't do much more
