I had one of those annoying post scrapes that are not deep but about a foot long in my centre side panel when I bought my van three years ago. I removed it today using one of those wallpaper seam rollers. Like a paint roller but only 30mm wide and covered in latex rubber. After removing the trim panel access to the back of the dent was simple and highlighting the high ridge with a cd marker pen made tracking along the dent simple. It took about two hours of rolling and inspecting but the results are spot on. A recommended addition to a T4 tool kit methinks.
