Wind deflectors for my T4

I am looking to buy a set of wind deflectors for our T4s.

I want the ones that fit up into the window top channel. I don't want to drill or glue them on.

I have been looking on Ebay and also on T4srus.

The wind deflectors they sell seem pretty shallow compared to the ones I used to have on my 4x4 which looked like bus shelters. You could virtually stand under them in the rain and only get your feet wet smile

Is it possible to buy wider profile wind deflectors for the T4 like the 4x4 ones?.

Are the ones sold by T4srus any better than the Ebay ones, has anyone compared them.

Thanks

T4rus are the Polish ones buddy and are the standard T4 sized ones i had them on my last bus and they work well 4x4's have deeper ones generally due to having straighter windows than the T4 where the wind and water would affect seriously the ones there are the best you will get Ebay are as far as i know the same ones only slightly cheaper but not so well packed ??? Rob just bought some from T4rus and was delighted with the packaging quaility ease of fit etc they i think would be our top choice

Robs and others comments can be found right here

Forgot to mention that the Caravelle that I will be getting has electric windows.

Will the Wind Deflectors be suitable for electric window models of the T4.

Thanks

It doesnt matter I have the same as chas he has manual & I have electric..

The deflector push's into the same channel where the window sits when closed & the two metal clips are pushed inside to hold em in place

Finally close the window to seat the lot

Only issue is with the electrics is when the window reach's the top sometimes it thinks something is trapped due to the pressure sensor & it may close then open a bit, so all youve got to do is make sure you close ur window properely b4 switching off.

its no biggy & can happen even without the deflectors.

T4sRUS sold the last pair this morning.

Phoned them and they should have some in in a couple of weeks.

Never Mind.

I can wait.

Received my two sets of T4 Wind deflectors this morning. smile

Fitted a pair to both of our T4's and I must say they were so simple and easy to fit.

I was a bit wary about fitting them to the younger T4 which has electric windows but they see to work fine once fitted.

Will have to wait and see if they stand the test of time but they do look to be very well made.

Thanks for the help and advice.

ok me thinks me got it sorted now, removed them & re-fitted them this time tho I placed the clips 2" from eac end & turned the clips by 180 so that the tiny little pokey bit is againgst the deflectors & used a screw driver to pushe them home & poke a poxy hole in a rubber.

The windows now worj how they should so lets hope they stay like it, if so ill put up a correct how to on them soon.

My Wind deflectors seem to be fine on the Younger T4 with electric windows.

The electric windows close as usual at the moment and don't come back down.

I will let you know if I start to have any problems.
