This is a great venue for VW nuts as we went last year and did the Malvern cruise which was the highlight of the day.
It's fairly accessible for all members being pretty central. let's see if we can get an early indication of interest. If we are going as a club we need to get stuff in early as spaces are limited to 30 club areas. Ok I ll go & would like to go for the whole weeekend, anybody else fancy camping not long left until early booking closes £30.00 for 2 nights
Ive also sent a mail to my mate (future T5 owner) to see he wants to go so could have a golf to tag along.

Chas or Rob Help me out here guys pls [you all know my Geography is naff] where is malvern then?? The reason i ask we will be overnighting somewhere between Dover and mid England on the night of the 2nd en route home from sunny France hence depending upon where abouts Malvern actually is off the M5 i see which could be well good to allow the McP Scottish posse to attend ??? poss 3 more for your group sadly with the Atastrophe..... Roughly we sail back at 2pm on the 2nd our plan was to stay the Friday night and drive back up on the Sat but no reason to not stay 1 more day and join you guys on the 3rd for a day i doubt her indoors would allow me to stay the 2 days but we will see if i talk nicely to her she may... get to we will see...

That would be excellent Dougie. It's about 30 minutes south of Birmingham signposted three counties showground. Your best route M20 M25 M40 A40 to Cheltenham then M5 I reckon.... Rob is the driver so he may have a better route for you. Hope you can get there, that would make three defo's in the first few hours. Well done.

Yeah im sure we will make it so long as its not taking us to far off course that is We will have to B&B it somewhere which might be an issue leave it with me for now mate to i see availabilty with Travelogues etc as im sure it will be busy around the showground its self... Can't remember if there were showers Rob but the facilities were much better than at Santa Pod. Proper indoor toilets and a restaurant on site, indoor market type halls and indoor show arenas. I suspect there will be showers though as a camping venue it should have full facilities mate.

Could be a job for dougie to pm some of the members who visit the forum regularly.
Mands will come & still waiting on my mate to let me know if he is interested.
We could always email to see if there is a minimum requirement I remember ford fair last year one club stand only had 3 cars but hey we could still make a good show. ok email sent we will wait to see if there is a minimum, in the mean time there are apperantly showers available.

I dont think numbers will be a problem looking at the registered clubs some a couple of them ar very small indeed.

Ok I have done the reservation bit now to wait for the confirmation email as soon as I have this we can book our spot's & assosiate our bookings with the club. Club Name - T4-T5Club
Password - t4fun These will be needed to book your spot, after the 3rd of may they will then allocate the space according to bookings £30 each.

Nice one mate. I tried this at Santa Pod but they had a minimum quota of ten. Although one club stand I saw did only have three vans on it.
